Meet me:
Hi, My name is Sara NiecCarnahan
Certified Herbalist, Naturopath, Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Mental Wellness Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner, Ayurveda student, and former fitness professional, nail tech, and makeup artist.
But beyond the titles, I’m a mama to two wild boys, a mover, a nature lover, and someone who believes deeply in the body’s ability to heal - with the right rhythm, support, and care.
I was born and raised in a mining city in the Czech Republic, where natural remedies were part of everyday life. I studied economics and geology, drawn to the patterns and structure of the natural world, while also throwing myself into martial arts—boxing, Wing Chun Kung Fu—and long hours outdoors.
At 21, I packed a backpack, linked arms with one brave friend, and moved to Chicago with barely any English and a whole lot of determination. That leap led me to my now-husband, Zach, and eventually to the red rock landscapes of southern Utah—where we raise our sons and share life with our two black rescue animals (who are just as much part of the family as we are).
Life didn’t unfold the way I imagined. In the U.S., I couldn’t follow my original career path because of language barriers. But I’m not someone who sits still. I carved out a new direction in the world of beauty and wellness, spending over a decade working in luxury salons and spas. It became a space where I could blend everything I loved—the discipline of martial arts, the healing power of touch, and a growing pull toward holistic health.
Searching for a way to continue martial arts here, I found Krav Maga—and it quickly became a daily passion and grounding force in my life for years.
In 2016, I began to merge my worlds, moving from spa to strength by becoming a personal trainer. I spent early mornings and evenings in the gym, while still working full days at the salon. When my first son was born, I stepped back to focus on motherhood—and with that came another layer of healing.
In 2023, we welcomed our second son, and I stepped into a new chapter of my wellness journey. I earned my Mental Wellness Coaching certification from Marietta College, further rooting my work in emotional health, gut-brain connection, and sustainable healing.
Of course, the path hasn’t always been smooth. I grew up learning to mask pain with perfection, to bury emotions under sarcasm and humor. It took time—and a lot of unlearning—to finally slow down, feel, and begin the real work of healing. That journey has taught me the power of resilience, softness, and showing up as I am.
The herbal wisdom passed down by my grandmother—the teas, tinctures, and rituals that shaped my childhood—began calling me back. I started studying natural medicine more intentionally, and over time, I deepened my understanding of herbal energetics, nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and the cycles that shape wellness from the inside out.
In 2024, I completed my second herbalist certification, reconnecting with the traditional plant wisdom I was raised with. I also earned certifications in holistic health, holistic nutrition, and naturopathy. It felt less like learning something new—and more like remembering what was always there. And I began my studies in Ayurveda.
I now hold certifications as a:
• Certified Herbalist (x2)
• Mental Wellness Coach
• Holistic Health Practitioner
• Holistic Nutrition Consultant
• Naturopath Practitioner
• Ayurveda Student
So whether you’re deep in your own healing or simply seeking a more grounded way to feel better—you’re not alone.
Returning to this work has felt like stepping back into something I’ve always known. Today, I combine education, ritual, and herbal support to help women reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their rhythm.
The beauty world is still part of who I am. I’ve always been drawn to natural products and practices that nourish the body—inside and out. But what drives me now is empowering others through simplicity, honesty, and grounded wellness.
Together, let’s walk a path of self-discovery, natural remedies, healing, and growth.
Thank you for being part of this adventure.
With love,
Sara
